A site walk with one of our engineers, a written risk map across video, access, alarm, and network, and a fixed-price recommendation. Typically back to you within a week. No obligation, and no sales pressure on the walk itself.

Will you work with the hardware we already have?

Accepted Answer

Where it's sound, yes. We're vendor-agnostic and routinely keep existing cameras, readers, panels, and cabling when they meet the spec. We only recommend replacing gear when the pathway, firmware, or warranty genuinely won't carry a modern deployment.

Who actually does the install — your team or a subcontractor?

Lunarlink's Toronto crew owns the design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing support. Regulated installation work — alarm, access, low-voltage cabling — is delivered through our PSISA- and ECRA/ESA-licensed partner contractors assigned per project. Same project manager, same documentation, no national call centre.

How fast can you respond if something breaks after install?

Active service clients get a typical 4-hour on-site response across the GTA during business hours, and remote triage inside the hour for most software and camera issues. After-hours emergency support is available for supported sites.

Do you cover areas outside the GTA?

Day-to-day we install across ten GTA municipalities — Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, and Oakville. For sites further out, ask — we take select projects across Southern Ontario.
