Accessibility statement
Our commitment to accessible service and digital experiences across the GTA.
Effective date: May 6, 2026. Lunarlink Solutions Inc. is committed to providing goods, services, and digital experiences that are accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its associated standards.
1. Our commitment
We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity, and we work to identify, prevent, and remove barriers — in our service delivery, our communications, and on this website.
2. Standard we target
This website is designed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We test pages for keyboard operability, screen-reader labels, colour contrast, focus indicators, and reduced-motion preferences. Where we fall short, we treat it as a defect — please tell us so we can fix it.
3. Alternative formats and communication support
If you need information from this site or about our services in a different format — large print, plain language, accessible electronic document, or by phone — contact us and we'll provide it in a reasonable timeframe and at no cost. The same applies during a project: we'll work with you to find the communication approach that suits you.
4. Feedback and how to reach us
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, in a document we sent you, or in any of our services, let us know. We treat accessibility feedback the same way we treat any other support request — acknowledged within one business day, with a plan to address it.
Email info@lunarlinksolutions.com or call 647-670-2220. Please describe the barrier you encountered and what you were trying to do — that helps us reproduce and fix it.
5. Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checklist. We review the site against WCAG 2.1 AA periodically, audit new features before they ship, and factor accessibility into the design of the security systems we install for clients — from intercom call paths to access-control credential handouts.
