Terms of service
The rules for using this website. Engagement terms for paid work are covered in a separate written agreement.
Effective date: April 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. Paid work — design, installation, monitoring, and support — is covered by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement) signed by both parties.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the dated version on this page is the one in effect.
2. Permitted use
You may view and print pages from this site for your own non-commercial reference, to evaluate Lunarlink as a potential vendor, or to share our information within your organization. You may not scrape, re-publish, or frame this content without our written permission, or use it to train machine-learning models.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the overall design — is owned by Lunarlink Solutions Inc. or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. Trade names and logos of partner manufacturers shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear to indicate integration capability, not endorsement.
4. Accuracy of content
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but content is provided for general reference. Specific recommendations, pricing, and timelines are only binding when we put them in a written proposal or agreement. Product specifications, compatibility claims, and third-party information may change without notice.
5. Warranties and disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunarlink disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to this website. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing on this page limits warranties we provide in a signed services agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunarlink's total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site. Liability related to paid services is governed by the applicable services agreement.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites (manufacturers, industry bodies, articles). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm us or other visitors. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through our forms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes
We may change these terms as our practices evolve. The revised version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page.
