Careers
Build security systems Toronto actually trusts.
We're a small, senior team doing integrated physical and cyber security for the GTA's commercial, institutional, and multi-residential sites. If you like your craft visible and your clients local, keep reading.
What we're building
How we work, in four lines.
Craft before polish
Sites that still work in year five beat demos that look great on day one. We optimize for the former.
Tell the client the truth
Including when the truth is 'keep your existing system, it's fine.' Trust compounds; churn is expensive.
Small team, real ownership
Every role touches the client directly. No hidden layer of managers between you and the work.
We invest in certifications
Axis, Genetec, Verkada, ESA, CCNA — if it makes you better at the job, we pay for it.
Open roles
4 positions open right now.
Don't see your fit? We hire ahead of openings for strong people. Send a note.

- Program VMS, access controllers, and readers (Axis, Avigilon, Verkada, Genetec, HID)
- Terminate and test low-voltage runs to ANSI/TIA standards
- Commission sites with the client — walk every camera view and door
- Mentor apprentices and junior techs on the crew

- 5+ years commercial security installation experience
- Valid G licence and clean abstract
- Comfortable on a lift; working-at-heights and WHMIS current

- Can explain risk to non-technical executives without losing either audience
