Careers

Build security systems Toronto actually trusts.

We're a small, senior team doing integrated physical and cyber security for the GTA's commercial, institutional, and multi-residential sites. If you like your craft visible and your clients local, keep reading.

What we're building

How we work, in four lines.

Craft before polish

Sites that still work in year five beat demos that look great on day one. We optimize for the former.

Tell the client the truth

Including when the truth is 'keep your existing system, it's fine.' Trust compounds; churn is expensive.

Small team, real ownership

Every role touches the client directly. No hidden layer of managers between you and the work.

We invest in certifications

Axis, Genetec, Verkada, ESA, CCNA — if it makes you better at the job, we pay for it.

Currently hiring

No open roles right now — but we're listening.

We're not actively hiring. We are collecting applications for future roles in the areas below. If something opens up that fits, we'll reach out.

Areas we typically hire in

Field operations

Senior technicians and crew leads who run commercial installs end-to-end — cabling, programming, commissioning.

Engineering

Network and security engineers focused on segmentation, firmware governance, and the cyber side of integrated security.

Client services

Account leads who own renewals, quarterly reviews, and the relationship after the install is handed over.

Apprenticeship

Entry-level installers who want to learn the trade properly with senior mentorship and paid certifications.

Benefits

The things that make a good job sustainable.

  • Extended health, dental, and vision from day one
  • RRSP matching up to 4% after 12 months
  • Paid certifications (Axis, Genetec, Verkada, Avigilon, ESA, CCNA)
  • Tool allowance for field roles; company van for leads
  • 3 weeks PTO, stat holidays, and 5 paid sick days
  • Monthly WFH stipend for hybrid roles
  • Referral bonus when you bring in great people

Hiring process

Five steps, two weeks, clear numbers.

  1. 01

    Apply

Send your resume and a short note about what you're hoping to do next. We'll reach out when something fits.

  2. 02

    Conversation

30 minutes with the hiring manager. We talk about the role, the team, and whether this fits what you actually want.

  3. 03

    Craft check

For technical roles, a short practical — a cabling plan, a network diagram, a real site problem. No take-home traps.

  4. 04

    Meet the team

Half a day on-site. Meet who you'd work with. Ask the questions you actually want answered.

  5. 05

    Offer
