- Do you monitor the system 24/7?
- Optional. We connect to a licensed Canadian central station if you want monitored alarm response — or you self-monitor through the app if you'd rather not pay a monthly fee.
- Can you use my existing cameras or alarm?
- Sometimes. We'll tell you honestly on the walk-through. If the existing gear is safe to keep, we keep it. If it's running unpatched firmware or default passwords, we replace it.
- Do I own the hardware?
- Yes. No lease, no lock-in. The cameras, alarm panel, and locks are yours. You can move them, sell them, or take them to a new house.
- Do you work outside the GTA?
- We stick to Toronto and the GTA for residential so on-site response stays fast. If you're further out, call us — we'll be straight with you about whether we can do it well.
