Each question covers something we'd ask during a free site assessment — camera coverage and age, access control and visitor flow, alarm monitoring, network segmentation and firmware governance, and how a real incident would actually play out tonight.
Answers are weighted by impact. Running an end-of-life camera system on a flat network with shared fobs and no alarm monitoring is a very different risk profile than a site missing only tabletop exercises. The score reflects the difference.
