Intercom hardware has moved on. The panels we install have wide-angle cameras, readable displays in direct sun, weather sealing, and PoE power — which means a single cable per entrance instead of a rack of interfaces.
Where it really changes the experience is on the tenant side: calls go to a phone app, entries get recorded, and property managers update tenant directories from a browser instead of sending a technician.
